Shipping policy


 


1) General Information



All orders are processed and shipped from our certified fulfillment centers to ensure safe and timely delivery. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.


Processing time: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).





2) Shipping Locations



We currently ship to:


  • United States
  • United Kingdom
  • All European Union countries



If your country isn’t available at checkout, please email us at mylueurbeaute@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to assist.





3) Shipping Rates



  • Standard Shipping — FREE for the United States, United Kingdom and all European Union countries.
  • Express Shipping — Paid option. Available in selected destinations (UK & EU). The express rate is shown at checkout based on your address and order weight/size.



Note: Any applicable import duties, taxes or customs fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our shipping charges.





4) Estimated Delivery Times



(Delivery windows begin after the 1–2 business day processing period.)


  • United States: 2–5 business days
  • United Kingdom: 4–7 business days
  • European Union: 4–12 business days



These are estimates. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, weather, carrier issues, peak seasons or local postal services, which are beyond our control.





5) Tracking



All shipments include tracking. Tracking details are emailed automatically once your order ships. If you haven’t received your tracking after 3 business days, contact us at mylueurbeaute@gmail.com.





6) Address Changes & Failed Delivery



Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.


  • If you need to update the address before dispatch, email mylueurbeaute@gmail.com immediately.
  • For parcels returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address or failed delivery attempts, we can reship once the correct address is provided (additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment).






7) Lost or Damaged Parcels



If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit:


  1. Report the issue to the carrier and obtain a case/claim number.
  2. Email us at mylueurbeaute@gmail.com with your order number, photos (if damaged) and the carrier claim number.
    We’ll help file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund according to the carrier’s outcome.






8) Split Shipments



To speed up delivery, items in the same order may ship separately from different warehouses. You’ll receive tracking for each parcel.





9) Holidays & Peak Season



During holidays and high-volume periods, processing and transit times may be slightly longer.
