📦 Return Conditions

• Returns are only accepted for damaged or faulty products.
• Items must be in the same condition as received – unopened, unused, with original labels and packaging.
• Customers must contact us first by email at mylueurbeaute@gmail.com before sending back any items.
• Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

According to EU consumer protection regulations, customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without providing a reason.

However, due to the nature of our products (cosmetics and customized packaging), this right applies only to unopened, unused, and hygienically safe items.

🔁 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please place a new order after your return request has been approved.

💸 Refunds

• Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
• Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
