Return Conditions

• We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in their original packaging.
• Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost and provide a replacement or refund
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error or product damage.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for the following items:

• Opened or used cosmetic products
• Customized or special-order items
• Gift cards

Refunds

• Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
• Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.
• If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at mylueurbeaute@gmail.com.
